Inlays & Onlays

When you want the very best restorations for you teeth, inlays and onlays are the restorations of choice.

They can be made of gold or porcelain (though its great, not many of our patients want gold teeth anymore).

Inlays are placed in your teeth instead of fillings.  Unlike fillings, they are precision crafted restorations, usually done on our CEREC machine in one visit, that beautifully recreate lost tooth structure and can last much longer then traditional fillings.

Onlays are conservative crowns.  When a cusp is lost on your tooth, a cast restoration is important to replace the missing structure and fortify the tooth.  Instead of cutting down the whole tooth for a crown, or placing a filling that would be too big to last more then a year or two, we can create an onlay for you.  This too utilizes our CEREC machine to have you in and out in about an hour with no need for a return visit.

If you are looking for the longest lasting, most conservative, best looking and least time consuming restorations, inlays and onlays are the way to go.
