Dr. Oleske
Forced to Retire
This is the hardest news I ever
had to tell anyone. I have been practicing dentistry with my
father for thirteen years now. As many of you know, my father, Dr.
Oleske, has been having numerous challenges to his health over the past
few years.
Dad's cardiologist insisted he
stop working immediately. He had been cutting down on hours
recently and a plan was in place to hire an associate to replace those
hours he was missing. Fortunately, the associate is able to cover
Dad's schedule full time. A letter
has been sent to all of our patients from Dr. Oleske himself, informing
them of the news.
I consider myself blessed to have
worked with Dad for so long. He has been my mentor, my partner,
and an example of everything a dentist should be. I will continue
to provide for the patients of the practice with the same care and
compassion they have come to expect. I have also been very richly
rewarded with a great deal of patients myself, so it will be impossible
to see all of Dad's patients.
Dr. C. Robert Montgomery,
otherwise known as Dr. Bob, will be seeing Dad's patients. Dr. Bob
graduated from Case Western Dental School in 1988. He has been
practicing in Old Bridge, as well as providing services to
homebound/hospitalized patients for many years. Dr. Bob is from
Jackson, NJ and has been well received by our staff and the patients
that have met him. He has a very similar personality to that of my
father and will care for you with the same level of excellece Dad's
patients have come to expect. I look forward to many years with
him, as I hope will you.
I will continue to guarantee his
work and will make myself available for any questions or challenges that
arise during this transition period. The staff and I want
all of Dr. Oleske's patients to know that his legacy will live on and
that the only thing that will change here is face.
Happy retirement, Dad!
Dr. Joe
